CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointment canceled within the 48 hour window before scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any appointment that is canceled day of will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee of 100% will be collected for any no call, no shows. I understand life happens and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, no problem! These cancellation policies are set in place to ensure the financial security of my business.
